CJC-1295 No DAC—more accurately referred to as modified GRF 1-29—and ipamorelin are two investigational peptides combined to stimulate the body’s natural release of growth hormone (GH) through complementary pathways. Modified GRF 1-29 acts as a short-acting analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone, binding to GHRH receptors on the pituitary, while ipamorelin activates the ghrelin or growth-hormone-secretagogue receptor. The combination is intended to produce a stronger, temporary GH pulse than either compound alone, which may subsequently increase liver production of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). However, the combination itself has not been evaluated in a published randomized human clinical trial, so claims that it improves body composition, muscle growth, recovery, sleep, or healthy aging have not been clinically established. Human research has shown that ipamorelin can produce dose-dependent GH release.
